What happens when you send photos with a HomeHop Moving request.

Accepted files and limits
The quote form accepts up to eight JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF photos, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file. HEIC and HEIF files are accepted for private review but may depend on the reviewer’s device for preview support.
Purpose
Photos help us understand items, access points, trailer specifications and safety considerations so we can assess and price a request. Photos are optional unless a specific follow-up review requires them.
Private storage
Uploads are stored in a private bucket using randomized file paths. Permanent public links are not created. Authorized staff access photos through short-lived signed links when reviewing a lead.
Email handling
Customer photos are not attached to admin or customer notification emails. Notifications direct authorized staff to the secure admin dashboard.
Please avoid sensitive content
Do not upload identification documents, payment cards, medical records, passwords, faces of people who have not consented, or unrelated private information.
Retention and deletion
Photos may be retained with the related service record for operational, dispute or legal purposes. Contact [email protected] to request deletion where applicable.
