Standard moving includes the crew, appropriate moving vehicle and standard moving equipment. The two-hour minimum labour charge is $258.
After the two-hour minimum, labour is billed in 15-minute increments. Larger household moves may require a three-hour minimum after the inventory, access, route, vehicle capacity and crew needs are reviewed.
Hourly Moving Travel Charges
Travel charges cover the operating travel, fuel and vehicle time required for an hourly moving route. The exact travel amount is confirmed before booking.
These travel charges apply to hourly moving services and are not the total job price. Hourly moving total = crew rate + confirmed travel charge + approved extras.
These are starting amounts, not guaranteed location fees. Ordinary local fuel and travel are included in confirmed $79 and $99 flat-rate quotes where applicable; longer routes receive a revised flat quote.
Additional Standard Charges
Only relevant, approved items are added to a confirmed quote.
What Can Change the Final Price
Travel distance, item size and weight, stairs, elevators, long carries, waiting time, additional stops, extra labour and special equipment can change the final price.
Furniture and appliance measurements may be requested. Appliances must be disconnected, drained and ready for transport. Plumbing, gas and electrical installation are not included.
