Information we collect
We collect contact details, service and route information, messages, uploaded photos, referral details and limited technical information needed for security and website analytics. We do not collect payment-card data through public forms.
Address suggestions and location
Address suggestions use the keyless Natural Resources Canada Geolocator service. Manual entry remains available. If you choose Use my current location for pickup, the browser asks permission and sends latitude and longitude to NRCan so the pickup field can be filled. Coordinates remain in the current quote details and are not stored in cookies or local storage.
How information is used
Information is used to assess requests, prepare quotes, communicate with customers, deliver services, prevent abuse, improve the website and meet legal obligations. Uploaded photos are private and are not attached to notification emails.
Analytics
When configured, first-party analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 may measure page use, service interest, quote progress and contact actions. Event parameters are allowlisted and do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, notes or filenames. Advertising personalization signals are disabled.
Storage, access and retention
Operational data uses access controls and is limited to authorized HomeHop staff. Quote and job records may be retained as reasonably required for customer service, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.
